This is my 4th day on the Fat Flush plan, and I feel GREAT! I am down 6 lbs. since Monday. I know it's "water weight", but I sure feel better. I am hoping to do this as a jump start to get me motivated to get to my goal weight. I have always had a problem sticking with a "diet", and eating right. I don't know why, but food seems to be my comfort, even when I'm happy. My routine revolves around food, and I know that is not healthy. My husband and I want to start a family in the next year, but I want to be more healthy, first. I'm hoping this journal will help me record my thoughts, and maybe meet some new inspiration!
