today was a hungry day!! I still managed to make good choices though.
breakfast- 2 eggs, 1/2 tomato, 1/3 c oats with cinnamon.
snack- 2 boiled eggs, banana "flapjack"
lunch can tuna, 2 boiled eggs green salad
supper chicken 1/2 roast potato, carrots.
had a little bit of ice cream for dessert.
