My first two challenges start today.

I'm pretty new to fatsecret, but it already helped me a few times to pass on food I didn't need to eat. "I'll just have to log it later, it's not worth it". That's a win in my book, let's see if it lasts...
129.3 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 31.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

I just joined yesterday and everytime I have the urge to hop in the car and grab a bag of candy or anything else unhealthy for me I just pop on this site.

that's a great strategy! I've been making myself spend 20 minutes here every morning just to start the day in the mindset of dieting. the challenge is also great because i could let myself down, but i could never let my team down.
