I've been having a really bad couple of days. I can't seem to stop snacking at work and I hven't got a lot of healthy options. I've gone over my daily points, but not used up my flex points, so I guess that's good. I just don't really feel all that great about myself. I mean it's only my second week!
I did start drinking more water. I bought those South Beach Diet "Tide me Over" packs to mix in a water bottle(30 cals a bottle) and that is helping me consume more water and less diet soda. The Strawberry Banana is delicious. I hope it's not got something I'm not aware of that will sabotage my diet.
I'm going to keep plugging on through this little dip in the road and I think I'll be fine. I'm not going to throw in the towel, not this early.

Get yourself a small carry type cooler. You can pack healthy low point snacks in there to help keep you full. There is 1 point yogurt, veggies and hummus or low fat dip, fruit, and whatever you enjoy. I take one with me when I travel anywhere. Good luck!
