Well had holidays and birthdays, but really no excuse for all that weight gain. I can't get my head into gear. I sit planning, and promptly go and eat something I shouldn't. Feeling a bit down and desperate. I am running a lot but still not shifting the pounds, so defo compensating with too many calories. I know what I am doing but just can not get it in/out of my head. Need my mouth wired hahaha.
Well there, vent over, lets try and push for a positive attitude. I don't want to do low, low calorie as I run. I have ordered Joe Wicks first book (have second book, and meals are nice), so hopefully that will help.
If anyone has some self help ideas that may work, please send them this direction.
