Well I wa spretty hungry, couldn't seem to get full. The doc put me on Wellbutrin last week...thinking that might be it. It's ok though, she's cutting the dose in half and at every other day. That should help. I had a problem getting my water in today, in fact not going to get antmore as it is already too late. My sketchers came today, but I was sleeping and didn't hear the doorbell...so I missed out on those as well. Hardest part is getting started, I know that. I did loose a couple of pounds though..so that's great! Water weight or not, only God knows, but that makes me happy to see the scale go down.

Keep it up Tifany! Scale down is always a victory! Just try to up your cals a bit, seems 1300 cals a day isnt enough for you at your current weight. I am losing with 1600-1700 cals a day (burning 200-300 at the gym). Check your RDI. Later when you lose more weight, you will have to lower the cals and then you will have no room. Check k8yk posts on the number of cals :) Success!!!!!!
