Not following or eating very nutritiously and not tracking calories very well either, but I still eat a lot less than I used to. I have been hydrating well, for the most part, and am taking my vitamins more regularly, although I still miss a dose just about everyday. I will get back on track after next week's backpacking trip of about 37 - 40 miles. As meal planning goes for the trail, I should be at about 2000 cal. per day.
