A slight increase, to be expected after 2 meals out and a day at the races, with accompanying alcohol!Not at all worried, though I would like to crack 150 lbs before we go away in 10 days time. If I do -good, if not it isn't the end of the world I will keep plodding on. Have a good week everyone.
