BB saat ini 48 kg TB 147, Target BB 40, Kta org itu terlalu kurus 😢, pdhl badan aku emng kek ibu2 abis lahiran. Aku msh kurang ngerti soal otot, lemak, air dll dlm tubuh. mnurut tmn2 aku hrs gimana ? yg aku hrs kurangin lemak dlm tubuh atau kadar air dlm tubuh?
