2nd run tonight....still felt like I was dying lol, but I'm sure it only gets easier with time.
I run for about 20 mins, then finish up walking another couple miles. My dog loves it! I probably run faster than I would by myself since she's pulling me along.

I'm not a runner, but I do some cardio workouts and I know I felt like I was going to die for the first week or two, but then it started getting easier and I could push myself harder. I'm sure things will just get better for you! It's great that you can take your dog with you too.
