akhirnya tau kesalah terbesar ai adalah karena ai ocd ai jadi mikir boleh makan apa aja bebas tak terkontroooollll. skrg back to food combining diet lagi + ocd 6 jam. pagi = jeniper + complex carbs, no protein hewani and low gi (no sugar in the morning). make sure kadar ph kamu basa pagi ini. lalu siangnya bebass but take control of ur portion. malemnya as always sama kaya pagi but boleh makan seafood. i'm sorry indomie. kayaknya tadi pertemuan terakhir kita :(
