Robert brought us dinner last night - Tomato soup, chicken salad, and pecan pie. I didn't realize that the slice of pecan pie was 500 calories until I added it - wow! I'm excited about the Team vs Team 4 week challenge that starts in 18 hours!
84.5 kg Lost so far: 0.7 kg.    Still to go: 14.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
