Woo Hooo!!!!!!!!!!!! I am soooo happy that I have been sticking to the diet. I have been reading "The Biggest Loser" diet book and it seems to be working for me. I have begun to consume more veggies as opposed to fruits and it seems to be making all the difference in the world! That was one of the tips in that book. Because as you lose weight, you have to lower your calorie intake in order to ward off plateaus. I think that even though I have kept my calorie intake at around 1500 calories, I have still been losing weight because the calories that I am consuming are mainly lean protein, vegetables, and a little blueberries and some multigrain bread. The one thing I have also been conscientious of is eating more whole grains instead of refined grains. That has also made all the difference. Whole grains keep your body fuller for a LOT LONGER~between that and drinking the right amount of water, I have been steadily losing weight:)
