Day 14 of my diet and I have lost 16.4 pounds. I have never lost like this in my life, not even the first time I went on atkins many years ago. The scale has dipped down below the '70'...another milestone. I'm going to hang out right here, in induction. As me sainted grandfather used to say, "If it ain't broke, don't fix it." :)

You are doing awesome!!! Your grandfather's quote made me think of something really funny. I went to visit my husbands grandpa a few years back when he was in a nursing home. He was in his late 80's and didnt much know who everyone was but the first thing he said when he looked at me was "dang girl, you ain't missed a meal have you?" It would have hurt my feelings but he kept telling me how "pretty" I was and flirting with me so I guess he liked big girls. LOL!!! When I look back on it now it makes me laugh. Don't you just love kids & old people..... they can be so honest.
