Pamper day today ... long expensive hair appointment this morning ready for my step-sons wedding on 1st Sept up in Glasgow! Then a visit to Occombe Fam for lunch (a lovely smoked salmon and prawn salad) and a walk round the grounds, followed by a shopping trip to try and find some shoes to wear with my weddi g outfit!! Hopefully will burn off a decent amount of calories whilst walking round! Also hoping to loose a bit more weight between now and the wedding!
