你好,咱俩体重基数相同,我最高62,目标是48。现在健身加控制饮食瘦到了52.4,但是我用了三个月时间,请问,怎么样能掉秤速度再快一些,拜托了🙏

我的运动只有晚上5公里行走1小时,然后就是自己搭配营养餐控制每一餐的热量在200-300。周末会放肆两餐~每个人体质不一样,不用太追求速度我觉得!
