try not to push yourself too hard, I hope that with smaller goals you can eventually help to rebuild your stamina. when I started exercise it took be forever it seemed before I could advance. too winded too quickly

I have the evil neuropathy also. I hate how the meds made me feel. If you are ok with it, look into CBD Oil. It has helped me incredibly. Hugs, the pain of it is just awful.
