Refocus your mind, set some smaller goals & work your way back up. I was in the same situation & allow myself to be de-railed for over a month. However I adjused my mentality, thinking about how fasr I came & the rewards of continuing to press forward. Remember, thoughts are things. The more you put your mind to it, your actions will follow, then your dreams & goals will be manifested. Now get up & get your head in the game. YOU can do this!
