Tonight's offering is a grilled salmon steak marinated in a hot peri peri sauce served with garlicky courgette & red pepper slices, steamed asparagus & runner beans and a watercress, baby spinach & rocket salad! Yummy! Only 365 cals and very low carbs. plus the courgette, beans and pepper came from our garden and all the rest came from aldi ... so a very cheap & delicious meal!
