klu bisa memenuhi Bmr kak.. diatas bmr tmbh 100 200 kalori gak papa.. th penting tidak melbhi tdee.. kmrin sblm kenal fs.. makanku dikit bangett niatnya pengen cepet turun bb. lah malah stuck gak turun turun.. inii mulai memperbaiki asupan makan.. alhamdulillah malah turun hampirr 2kg ..
