I have kept to my new "lifestyle" with food 100%. Started the treadmill and zumba. It's very hard, as always, to watch my hubby and kids eat ice cream, bread and all the stuff I love. I am trying to make this a family food lifestyle change, but until that happens, I have to do this for me. Every minute is a struggle with food. I love it. All of it. I am taking it minute by minute knowing this is long term. I moved my scale next to the fridge at my house. this seems to help me mentally. why I once again let it get to this point is beyond me.....
