The past few weeks have been exceptionally difficult. There has been a lot of stress and pressure. Between work stress, technical problems and my fractured foot, family illnesses, lack of sleep and ill pets - I have been sustaining on Coffee and Sugar to get me through my days without falling asleep at my desk at my day job.
I have increased my intake of Jarrow Probiotics to three times a day and Monolaurin twice a day to keep my immunity strong. I am also taking a lot of vitamin C throughout the day, along with multi-vitamins, B complex and Biotin. Increased my yogurt, cheese and other dairy consumption to heal my fracture too in addition to my vitamin D.
On the weekends, I am working from the moment I wake until I pass out from exhaustion at night. I'm barely eating on the weekends - as I am in "The Zone" and focused and concentrating heavily on a website that is in development with a deadline.
As with all difficult times in our lives, this time shall pass and I will resume my exercise, good eating habits and rest.
I haven't even time to weigh myself during the week, so I assume that I am losing weight on the weekends and maintaining during the week. Who knows?! But one thing is for sure... I am not gaining!
