uuugggg...yo-yoing....went a few days with out entering food intake and gained several pounds back!! It's okay, life goes on and you just get back on the program. At least I have kept up with the walking; just haven't added the sit ups, push-ups etc. Looking forward to swimming this summer...if it will ever get warm enough here!
