Haloo, kalau kebutuhan kalori sy 1400 kira kira brp kalori yg harus dibakar ya kak untuk progam diet?

@wardaazz : makan di atas BMR di bawah TDEE,atau ikuti saja saran dari FS,penuhi saja AKG 1.400k itu.
