把情緒帶到運動上了,教練一直說我悶悶的,人比較沒精神,好像也影響了訓練,糟糕啊!荷爾蒙啥時才會平穩回來,MC日第三天!女人真辛苦💦💦

有呢,我有說我心情不好,但覺得心情不好真的會影響訓練,還有就是體重一直降不下來也很惱😡
