是阿,原型食物+好油脂,青菜比肉多(我有秤重計算TDEE),沒有醣類,生酮不用餓肚子阿😄,我有做錯什麼了嗎?

我現在比較懶,沒有把油脂標示出來,苦茶油和豬油拿來炒,冷壓橄欖油淋生菜吃,我愛吃辣,所以都會加上辣椒😅
