For me I think it's important to be in the right mindset to lose weight. I am new to the site and just starting my diet, but for the last couple years I have been yo-yo dieting really bad. I'd go two weeks barely eating only to gain the weight back in a few days of binge eating....I just feel so good this time around. If I have a bad day of eating it stops there and doesn't continue into a week of binge eating. Sometimes, just from how I've been in the past, I worry I'll gain the weight back, but for the most part I think I got this under control!
