my weight has started to plateau and I think I know why. I've been cheating here and there, mostly when it comes to alcohol. I need to get that under control again. I've also been snacking more; i've been feeling pretty hungry lately, which is surprising as in the past i've felt pretty satiated. I need to up my lean protein intake, reduce the quantity of saturated fats and also up my fiber intake. I'll restart monitoring my food consumption for the next week or two until i feel i'm back on track.
