(午餐) 水煮雞胸肉250g + 特製醬油15cc
、檸檬愛玉凍400cc

(下午茶) 鳳梨酥 x2、黑咖啡240ml
(晚餐) 清燉虱目魚、味增豆腐湯450g、芭樂250g

(喝水量) 約2500cc
(運動) 空中踩腳踏車200下、慢跑半小時
66 kg Lost so far: 10.5 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
