ok...so i've been eating just a weird mix of healthy and junk the last week, about...so i've kind of "fallen off the wagon" (or the food truck, maybe arf arf) anyway...my weight hasn't been as bad as I would've expected but it hasn't moved downward, so that's a downside..on that note...here we go again😊 see you out there 🤞
