不运动的话,每餐都不吃饱。有饿的感觉。坚持1个月,不贪,真心有毅力。

运动只有每天基本能坚持1小时5公里行走~我工作日都自己配餐,控制在300卡路里以内。肉只选牛肉和海鲜。饱饱的!周末应酬避免不了在外面吃。回来再调节一下。
