No change in set weight...still a few pounds under recorded weight. Biking is fun,😎 but sometimes it hurts 🤕🤕; Here is a different before and after pic LOL, first picture taken Tuesday last week, before a 50 mile ride which was cut short at 42 miles by a crack in the concrete which locked up my front wheel....over the handlebars I went at 32 kph (19 mph). A nice bystander called an ambulance as things weren't looking too good at the time...but in the end very thankful, no broken bones, upper body, head & face all good, but lots of internal bleeding, pretty severe bruising, large hematoma with trauma edema swelling through the lower back, right hip and groin area. Pic from the side taken yesterday, nine days after the spill (NOTE: I deleted the injury pic, spring 2020...it was not pretty). Be careful out there, 😁😁 Steven

Just goes to show how much a male pelvis can take force wise and still be intact. Good thing you didn't injure your acetabulum.

Oh no. Yikes! Those bruises bring back painful memories for me. My hip pain I still have daily 20 months last keeps me humble and confirms I am human not a cyborg. Wishing you a speedy recovery brother.
