I haven't wavered a minute in the last two (ish) weeks and I've only lost .4 pounds, why? My calories and carbs are consistently well below my max. and I've had zero cheats, zero! I've been walking a lot too. My best day I walked 7.25 miles. I even started the Total Gym. Low weight, 10 reps, one body part a day, 5 different exercises to start. I know that lifting weights build muscle, and that may be why my loss is only .4 pounds, but darn it, I'm not losing weight. I changed the batteries in my scale and took it into my Dr. office and it was very accurate, only .1 pound difference. Maybe it's time to cut down on my fat intake. I'm not sure what to do. I'm very frustrated right now.

I find that I often have to go back to the food scale and measure everything. You might be retaining a lot of fluid is you are exercising more than usual - make sure to be getting in a lot of water to help flush out excess. Also write down everything you are eating, that usually helps me see where I am going off the rails. Good luck!
