How are your energy levels as a vegan? Is that what you attribute your weight loss to? Do you feel healthy as a vegan?

My energy levels are good and that says a lot because I have 4 young children! I don't wake up feeling super tired anymore. I track all my food in Cronometer to make sure I get all my vitamins and minerals plus a b12 supplement. I have switched my diet around a few times during my weightloss journey to figure out what works for me and something I can stick with long term. So, most of my weightloss is probably from calories in/calories out and exercise.
