Wow, officially down 30lbs today!! feels great. I'm glad the weight is coming off slow and steady. I don't feel like I'm 206lbs.... i hate focusing on a number on the scale! but a few years ago when i lost weight (doing it the wrong way with phentermine pills) i was down to 167lbs... and i have that number stuck in my head. i just wanna be healthy and hopefully around my one year anniversary of doing LAWL i'll be pregnant!!! thanks to everyone on this website.... everyone is such an inspiration. keep up the great work!
