Ak cuma workout pake massa badan aja sih cuma rutin.. sesekali pake dumbell tp cm yg 2,5kg.. yg penting semangat jng sampe kendor, klo ud mulai jenuh cepet2 liatin youtube cewe2 yg bikini body, jd bs back on spirit 🤣🤣
