Ate dinner last night, wasn't going to. Baked spaghetti (seconds), half corn on the cob, garlic bread of unknown calorie content. Followed by bag of popcorn, mini Diet Dr. Pepper, slice of ice cream cake, banana bread, and a Oikos Triple Zero strawberry yogurt.

YOU are valued. Focus on your goal. Rid the house of foods that will trigger overeating. Set a food plan for each day and stick to it. You can do this. Many of us have or have had food binges or are foodaholics!! We've got your back! 👍
