back from my stressful business trip. skipped a few meals and had light snacks at other times. i met someone on the plane who raved about intermittent fasting and i guess i did some of that accidentally. I'll try to keep my meals between noon and 8 pm and see if that keeps the weightloss momentum going. Question for IFers, what's the policy on coffee during fast hours? i usually have 2 cups a morning woth a splash of cream. Can I keep this habit or will it have to wait until noon?
69.4 kg Lost so far: 10.9 kg.    Still to go: 14.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
