Been on strict Keto nearly 3 weeks. Seems like longer because I started and totally carb-relapsed on a family trip over the 4th of July. I thought I was stalling so I started taking electrolytes and that has seemed to get me losing again.

Does anyone have any helpful experience edging off of plateaus?

try fasting 24hrs tends to do the trick for me. If that's of the table try HIIT it also works magic. Now combine the 2 and you have a fat burning routine. If all else fails you can try the ECA stack it works magic.
