I finally rolled out of the bed at 4 am to head to the gym....first time in almost three weeks. 🤗🤗🤗 and I feel like doo doo 💩!

I try lol...my alarm goes off and my body says “nope not today” roll over and go back to sleep. 🤦🏼‍♀️
