Thanks guys!! I will end up regaining a lill weight over my upcoming vacation but when I come back I’m going to be just as determined as ever!! I think I have my daughter talked into doing keto with me as well!!! Which is huge because she’d been acting like it’s the most insane thing ever but she can see how much I’ve lost. She knows how much better I feel! The fact that I’m inspiring my daughter to change, means more than anything to me :,) Abef you can definetly get to a normal BMI! You are doing great, no matter the ups and downs we’ll get there!
