so like i said this day started off poorly, food-wise with midnight cookies, so I decided to scrap the rest of the day in terms of posting my meals...i know i'm OVER!...Tmrw ia another day. But i have a question that maybe someone on here can answer...so you know how you can sometimes see a difference on the scale after some time in the *ahem bathroom 😶 does food and calories work that quickly also? like if you have thay delicious pound of wings on a night out, does it immediately show up as an lb of weight gain? or does it show up more as the caloric intake of that food? (hope that makes sense)...

Experience has taught me to pay attention to what goes in and not so much the other end which is why it is best for accurate weight loss measurement to give it a week between weigh-ins. At least, the 'official ones'. It takes more time to burn a pound of fat than it takes to pee a pint but it also takes more time to add a pound of fat than it takes to drink a pint of water. Just my experience, for what it's worth.

I find I’m lighter after I go to the bathroom it fluctuates for sure
