Aku udah ga pure debm.. tetep hitung kalori harian.. pagi protein.. siang tetep makan biasa nasi 100gr sayur+lauk, malam sayur/lauknya saja.. cemilan buah.. kadang makan gorengan 1-2 buat menuhin kalori harian.. olah raga gym+aerobik.. senin-jum.. cara masak tumis,panggang teflon, rebus
