got to enjoy a dinner out with my partner had steak and a salad. I got a waist trainer the other day and wore it today and it kept me more aware of snacking. didn't drink enough water though for our plus 32 weather here. I have to be more aware of that
54.9 kg Lost so far: 20.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
