Well, I gave in and bought a new scale. It's a Healthometer, has all the bells and whistles--BMI, body fat %, bone mass, hydration, goal tracking, settings for up to 4 people, etc. It was just under $40 at Walmart. Not too shabby. I set it all up and found to my horror that it was weighing me 4 pounds more than my mother's old doctor's scale we used for almost 50 years. Now I have to wait until the new one says I weigh what the old one said, or it will be a gain. Not fair!

I also switched up my workout routine, following the advice of many. I did the machines (upper body and abs only) before my cardio, and only did 20 minutes of that. Wednesday will be lower body and abs again. Gotta get rid of the stomach.

Do you like seeing all the information? I got a new scale two months ago but chose not to get all the bells and whistles. Let me know how it goes and I may consider getting a new one!

I need a new scale, which one did you get?

Yes, I like that, except it seems to go a little fast for me to take in. The display is pretty large, but I don't 'see' as fast as I used to. I am curious to see what it will look like when I review my saved weigh-ins. Maybe that will be more my speed. At almost 56, I like things a lot slower than before. lol

I bought a Healthometer Professional Body Fat Scale. UPC code 080006111085. Stores information for 4 users, and tracks last 12 weigh-ins per user. Time will tell if becomes a God-send or a nuisance.
