well, couldn't do the 3X around my little park I go to - was raining pretty heavily.BUT, after reaching home about an hour later was able to walk about 50 min. Haven't officially clocked it yet - but I think I did about 2 miles.
Have to share with you all - water with lime/lemon added and cayenne pepper cuts - CUTS - hunger!! I personally can vouch for this - I actually stumbled on it and when I did an internet search - found out that cayenne DOES cut hunger - see this site:
