I really went off the rails tonight. I had already consumed more calories than I should for the day, because I was craving that Asian chicken wing thing, so I made it, and then I ate 5 wings. I was still starving, so I ate an ounce of peanuts. THEN, Sue came over and brought a thuringer and Coastal cheese sandwich. It was small, and it was on sourdough, but still......And then she had found some really old lemon bars in her freezer, and she did not want them, but I surely did. I ate 4 small squares. Yikes! And I was doing so well earlier in the week. This entry was for Friday the 13th. The site screwed up the date.
