I don't think the dates are correct on some of my journal entries. BUT on July 11th, I made Asian glazed chicken wings. I don't think they are as many calories as listed, because some of the sauce is left behind in the pan. At any rate, this was a WW recipe, so I do not fear it.
My Pilgrim's Progress sandwich had only half the turkey in it. That is all I had, plus I really didn't like the brand of turkey I purchased. Get it from Sprouts from now on.
