Haven't written much lately but, been checking in on everyone. I am slowly getting below that 150 point that had me stuck for so long! I am going to increase my walks to 25 min., 2 times a day, at a speed of 3.5 to 4 and incline of at least 7, alternating to a 10. That is quite a workout on my treadmill so, twice a day, I should see some difference. Went clothes shopping this past weekend with my sister. It is fun to shop when you feel better about what you are trying on! I bought things in size 6, 8, and 10 which goes to show you that you can't always go by a size 'number'. With me, it just depends on what it is, the cut, style, etc. At least I did not cry.......like the last time I went shopping a few months ago!! I've started back to my part time job, preparing for another school year at our Preschool so, I've got to stock the mini-fridge and my desk there with lots of healthy, SB friendly snacks!!
