Day 5 of my diet. I actually started last Tuesday, but didn't get registered on fatsecret until last night. I had a hungry day yesterday and ate more than I should have. But they were all allowed foods, so I'm not going to get depressed. I'm actually managing to get in at least 60 ounces of water a day. That's an accomplishment for me. According to my scales, I've lost 10 pounds. We'll see what the scales read next Tuesday.
Big, huge deal. I've been able to decrease my insulin dosage by 100 units of the long acting and 80 units of the pre-meal, short acting. That, more than anything else, will keep me on this diet.
